About the design
After the big success of my Perfect Gift Poncho, Poncho Dress and Sleeveless Vest I decided to continue working on different types of garments using Scarfie yarn. All patterns use the same yarn, same stitch and same simplicity for beginners. And the best thing: they all work up extremely fast!
The Simple Scarfie t-shirt is worked in two identical T-shaped pieces which are then seamed together on the sides and shoulders. All you need to know is how to make chains and double crochet stitches! It’s available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. For reference, model is 1.63m/5’4″ tall with a 34” bust and wearing the t-shirt in size Small.
About the yarn
For this t-shirt I used Lionbrand Scarfie yarn. Scarfie is a soft wool blend yarn with unique self-striping ombré effect. It beautifully shades from one color to the next and works up fast. It’s perfect for making warm garments, accessoires and afghans.
